Tell Me I’m Fat

EDITORIAL
A publication featuring the full transcript from the This American Life podcast episode 539 titled “Tell Me I’m Fat,” in which host Ira Glass explores fat through interviews with Lindy West, Elna Baker, and Roxane Gay.

The book utilizes wide-set typography, thin margins, and tight leading to make the design feel dense, bold, heavy, and a little uncomfortable for the reader. Images are from Leonard Nimoy’s “The Full Body Project,” in addition to photographs of West, Baker, and Gay to supplement the transcript in this printed form.
PRINTED ON TAN 24LB PAPER WITH BLACK INK; STAPLED SADDLE-STITCH.
5 x 7 INCHES.
